Hi I am not a vegetarian but my hubby is and together we have decided to raise our baby (11months) as a Vegetarian too until she can choose what she wants to eat. I have been doing alot of reading and reseach on raising a veg... child. But I still have a few questions: 1. B12 why is there such a huge issue with it? 2. How many eggs would you recommend a week? 3. she has not yet been introduced to dairy and wheat yet - only after 12 months what would you recommend I start with as far as milk is concerned - Soya or cows? I look forward to hearing your reply.... ener
